Only after Zhou Yichen’s figure completely disappeared from the entrance of the company building did Ding Shuyao finally let out a long breath.

Ding Shuyao covered her ears and looked at Lu Anran with a mournful expression.

“Ding Shuyao, dinner’s ready!” Lu Anran chuckled, grabbed Ding Shuyao by the ear, and gently closed the door.

Warm, soft orange light streamed down from above, and on the elegant solid wood round dining table, a delicious array of three dishes and a soup were laid out.

The two sisters sat facing each other, chatting and laughing, savoring this simple and beautiful happiness.
