Suddenly, someone coughed softly behind her. Ding Shuyao quickly withdrew her arm and turned around to see who the spoilsport was.

“Mr. Zhou, you’re here so early!” Ding Shuyao’s face instantly turned red to the roots of her neck. She scratched her head awkwardly. It was Zhou Yichen again!

Are they incompatible according to their birth charts?

“Hmm.” Zhou Yichen pushed up his gold-rimmed glasses, gave a faint reply, and then walked straight into the office building.

Ding Shuyao gestured behind him, as if to say, “Being a leader is so great!”

He acts like this at the company: cold and unapproachable, as if someone owes him a million dollars.

I ran into him at a hot pot restaurant yesterday, and he was just like the friendly older brother next door.

Ding Shuyao, wearing high heels, strolled slowly, deliberately keeping a distance from Zhou Yichen.

Ding Shuyao politely shook hands with the other person, “Come over soon to familiarize yourself with the work environment.”

After completing the onboarding procedures, Wei Lin led Ding Shuyao to her workstation. Another receptionist, Zhu Lili, had been waiting for some time.

Wei Lin gave them a few more careful instructions, “The front desk is the face of the company, so you two need to always be mindful of your image. When guests come in, be quick and efficient, and be polite.”
