The number of Gems required to access a particular premium chapter will be displayed on the website before the user attempts to unlock that chapter.
Gem packages, prices, and availability may be changed from time to time.
Gems are associated with the NovelVexa account to which they are delivered and are intended for use within NovelVexa for the purposes stated on the website.
Gems are not cash, are not intended to function as a general payment method, and do not represent a bank deposit or financial instrument.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy, Gems are not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged between users.
Users must not attempt to obtain, duplicate, manipulate, transfer, or use Gems through unauthorized means.
Purchases and Payments
Where paid purchases are available, the applicable package, price, and quantity will be presented before the purchase is completed.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
For transactions processed through Paddle, the order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for applicable orders. Paddle provides customer service for those transactions and handles applicable returns and refunds in accordance with its policies.
Payment-related terms and refund rights are also subject to applicable payment-provider terms and applicable consumer protection laws.
NovelVexa does not receive or store customers’ complete payment-card details when payment is processed through a third-party payment provider.
Refunds
Refunds and other purchase-related remedies are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, applicable payment-provider procedures, and any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the purchaser.
